The Western North Carolina Bandmasters Association is a section of the
North Carolina Bandmasters Association.
Membership is made up of band directors from Buncombe, Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, and Yancey counties.

This will keep everyone's contact information up to date and help event chairs with planning for the year. You must complete this online form to be officially registered for our district. District Solo Cuts
If you would like to nominate a clinician to serve as a conductor at future All-District Band events please complete the following form.
DISTRICT CLINIC
The 2025 Western District Honors Band will be held at Western Carolina University on Friday and Saturday, February 7-8, 2025.
- A CLINIC FEE of $10 per student will be collected at registration - Only School/Booster checks OR Cash will be accepted.
- Middle School registration will be in the Coulter Building Recital Hall Lobby
- High School registration will be in the Bardo Performing Arts Center Lobby
